Dr. Naresh Kumar Koundal the Director of Him Tv Media has taken a new initiative for Uttarakhand, Jammu, and Himachal artists and started the new HIM CINE & ACHIEVERS AWARD. This initiative he has taken to bring together all three states’ artists on one stage who worked excellently in 2024-2025.
