The ICFAI University, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh Launched its Prospectus for the Academic Year 2024-25 on January 30, 2024 (Tuesday). The launch ceremony was organized by the IGIDI department of the university and was attended by the principals of more than 100 schools of Himachal Pradesh. The Vice Chancellor of ICFAI University, Professor Keshav Sharma, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The Registrar of the University, Professor Dr. Ajay Sharma, and the Head of North Region of IGID, Mr. Jagjit Singh Bhamra, were present as special guests. During his address, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Keshav Sharma, mentioned that the ICFAI Group is a well-known educational organization in India. The group comprises 11 Universities, 9 Business Schools, 9 Law Schools, 7 Tech Schools and 1 Pharma School that provide global level education across India. The group also provides extensive facilities to its students.
According to Professor Sharma, the university provides comprehensive facilities to its students on campus, which help them in their studies. He also mentioned that all the departments of the university have qualified teachers who are committed to providing best education to the students. On this occasion, the Registrar, Professor Dr. Ajay Sharma, emphasized that the university is committed to providing the best possible education and care to its students. He mentioned that the university operates its own buses on several routes, ensuring that the journey of the children is pleasant and comfortable for the parents. Professor Dr. Ajay Sharma mentioned that the campus of the University is equipped with Wi-Fi, providing internet access to students at all times. The student hostels are under the surveillance of CCTV cameras and security officials to ensure the safety of the students.
In addition, an emergency health care system is available on campus. Professor Dr. Ajay Sharma mentioned that the University has a full-time functioning placement cell that is committed to the internships & placements of students. He also highlighted that the university follows the Mentor Mentee System, which solves the problems of the students from time to time and keeps the parents updated about their ward’s academic records and activities. Mr Jagjit Singh Bhamra and Mr Naresh Kumar said that the University is setting new dimensions of success. At the end of the program, all the guests, press, and media officials were honored with mementos. On this occasion, all the department heads of the university and the head and other members of IGID Baddi were also present.
